1- rename bin file to ROM_0
2- download mtkdroidtools
3- turn on device and enable usb debugging
4- open mtkandroidtools
5- connect device and make sure the driver installed
6- click on root.backup.recovery
7- wait while reading info
8- click at to process file rom_from flash tool
9- now select file(ROM_0)
10- press yes if you wont castum recovery. if not press no
11- wait to finish
12- after finish go mtkdroidtools folder ----> backup ,you will find full flash with scatter file

the option is grayed out(process file from rom...)
ReplyDeleteThanks, I follow your advice properly and could do it easily and without any extra efforts. By the way I often work with BIN files, and for this purposes I usually use this service that shows how to open bin file https://wikiext.com/bin if you are beginners in PC.
