how to flash:
1- download the rom and the flashtool then unrar all
2- open flash tool
3- press file then open to chose the rom
4-select all files then press extract to (any folder you like)
5-press make burn disk
6-mark install bootloader and take uboot1 and
put memory card in card reader then press ok
7-when finish remove the memory card and put it in the tablet
8- turn on tablet and wait about 4m then ok
it is 100% ok tested by me

root any android phone
1 - Backup all the data on your device before start the vRoot process.
2- Download the android VRoot tool using above link and install. NOTE: If you are Non-Chines please use vroot english version
3 - Enable debugging on your android device.(Settings-->Developer options-->USB debugging)
4 - install pc vroot tool and Open the VRoot software on your computer.
5 - Connect the PC and the android device.
6 - Once you connect the device and pc it will automatically detect your smart phone.
7- Then click the "Root" button to start the rooting process.
8 - Device will reboot automatically and confirm by the Vroot software
